Created to keep you organised and to track your habits. 

Check off or highlight the cute heart each day you achieve your habit. 

Details: 

• A5 size (148 x 210 mm)
• Each sheet of paper is 90gsm 
• Backed with kraft board for added stability
• Notepad has 25 pages in total
• Protected in a plastic wrap 
• Each page includes a different colour from my pastel collection: pink, purple, yellow, green, blue and beige

Please be aware each notepad is handmade and is printed/cut out by hand so there may be some imperfections.
